Cumberland County requires a purchase order for purchases and services in the amount of $5,000 or more. The County shall not be liable for payment of materials and/or services delivered without prior issuance of a completed purchase order. Purchase orders cannot be issued after deliverance of materials and/or services. All purchase orders are limited to the terms and conditions contained on the PO.
