Building Inspections & Permitting

Inspections

The Inspections Division provides plan review and inspection services for the County of Cumberland apart from the City of Fayetteville, Town of Hope Mills, and the Town of Spring Lake. Our building and trade inspectors work collectively with property owners and contractors to ensure the safety and code compliance of building environments and systems. This is accomplished through the reasonable application of the North Carolina Building Codes.
