Cumberland County Cooperative Extension will host the Better Living Series “Soils 101 for Home Gardeners” workshop Nov. 1 from 10 – 11:30 a.m. in the Cooperative Extension office, located at 301 East Mountain Drive in Fayetteville.
Learn the basic soil science principles from this hands-on course that will greatly increase your garden bounty and beauty. Registration and $5 fee are due by Oct. 27.

The Better Living Series “Healthy Choices for Charcuterie Boards” workshop will be held Nov. 15 from 10 - 11:30 a.m. in the Cooperative Extension office. Come and make your own small board using fresh, low-calorie meats, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables. Supplies will be provided.
Registration and $20 fee are due by Nov. 10. Class size is limited, so register early.
