FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Cumberland County Public Library is seeking input from the public through a survey to help the library gain insights from customers and the community. This initiative is designed to enhance and expand library programming and to ensure it remains relevant and meets the evolving needs of Cumberland County’s diverse community.
Access the survey online https://bit.ly/3Q2HMge or in print at all Cumberland County Public Library locations. The library encourages input from customers, county residents and county stakeholders. The data collected will help the library understand the customs, interest, preferences and priorities of the community, enabling the library to tailor programs to better serve everyone.
“We believe that the community’s input is invaluable in shaping the future of our library programs. We want to hear directly from our customers and community members about their interests, needs and suggestions,” said Carla Brooks, Library Division Manager for Programs. “This survey is a great opportunity for our community to have a direct impact on the programs and events we offer.”
A cornerstone of the Cumberland County Public Library’s mission is providing a wide range of programs and events that enrich the lives of library users. Programs include book clubs, author talks, workshops, arts and culture events, STEAM activities, story times and more.
