FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – North Regional Library closed at 2 p.m. today, Feb. 6, due to repairs to the heating system. All other Cumberland County Public Library locations remain open for regular hours today. North Regional Library is located at 855 McArthur Rd., in Fayetteville. The heating repairs are expected to be completed in time for the library to open at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
