FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — In June 2025, Cumberland County Public Library will begin renovations to upgrade audiovisual (AV) technology in the activity rooms at the following branches:
- Headquarters Library, 300 Maiden Lane, Fayetteville
- North Regional Library, 855 McArthur Rd., Fayetteville
- Cliffdale Regional Library, 6882 Cliffdale Rd., Fayetteville
- Hope Mills Community Library, 3411 Golfview Rd., Hope Mills
Conference rooms will remain available for reservations at all eight locations. However, during the renovation period, the large activity rooms will be unavailable for public use and reservations.
Large Activity room reservations during the month of June are available for reservationat the following branches:
- East Regional Library, 4809 Clinton Rd., Fayetteville
- West Regional Library, 7469 Century Circle, Fayetteville
- Spring Lake Community Library, 101 Laketree Blvd., Spring Lake
- Bordeaux Community Library, 3711 Village Dr., Fayetteville
Upgrades will include replacement of outdated projector-and-screen setups with large monitor displays, wireless connectivity, and sound and microphone systems, modernizing the experience for presentations, programs, and public meetings.
“These upgrades are one way the library and County are working together to enhance our spaces and better serve the needs of our community,” said Heather Hall, Deputy Director of Cumberland County Public Library.
