Cumberland County Government is pleased to announce its TV channel, CCNCTV (Cumberland County North Carolina TV), can now be streamed on Roku and Apple TV. Residents can download the app for free from their device’s app store.

CCNCTV is a 24-hour channel that focuses on Cumberland County government. It airs seven days a week on Spectrum Cable Channel 5. The channel offers programming featuring various departments within the County, public meetings, important updates and information from state and federal agencies.

The Board of Commissioners regular meetings are broadcast the first Monday of the month at 9 a.m. and the third Monday of the month at 6:45 p.m. The meetings are replayed Fridays and Sundays at 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.

The Cumberland County Public Library and Cooperative Extension create virtual programming that’s been airing since the start of the pandemic for children, teens and adults. Cooperative Extension agents are featured in classes that are part of the Better Living Series and host a cooking show called “Tasty Tuesdays.”

The government access channel replaced Fayetteville Cumberland Educational TV (FCETV), which was operated by Fayetteville Technical Community College. For more information about CCNCTV, visit the channel’s website at cumberlandcountync.gov/CCNCTV.
