Better Living Series Mediterranean Cooking Workshop May 25

The Cooperative Extension Better Living Series workshop “Mediterranean Cooking…A Healthy Eating Option,” will be held May 25 from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Cumberland County Cooperative Extension Better Living Series workshop “Mediterranean Cooking…A Healthy Eating Option,” will be held May 25 from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. This in-person workshop will be held at the Cooperative Extension Auditorium located at 301 E. Mountain Dr., Fayetteville.

Learn a few simple steps that will introduce you to eating the “Med Way.” The diets of people who live in the Mediterranean Sea region have been shown to promote health and decrease the risk of many chronic diseases. Attendees will watch a cooking demonstration and take recipes home.

Registration and the $12 fee are due by May 20. Class size is limited, so register early at the Eventbrite link:
