FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Cumberland County Veterans Services office is temporarily closed this morning, Monday, May 19, 2025, due to a power outage. During this outage, services by phone will not be available.

The Fayetteville Public Works Commission (PWC) has been informed of the outage and is currently assessing the situation. At this time, an estimated restoration time has not been provided.

Veterans Services staff will contact customers to reschedule appointments. If power is restored prior to a scheduled appointment, clients will be notified and provided with the opportunity to come in for their originally scheduled appointment.
