The Immunization Clinic is staffed by registered nurses and administrative support. The clinic is a walk-in clinic and serves the general public by administering both required and recommended vaccinations to children and adults. It is a regional immunizations clinic, as many of the vaccines needed by overseas travelers are offered.
In order to serve you better, please bring the following documentation with you:
- Photo I.D.
- Shot records
- Insurance cards
- Custody/Legal guardianship documentation
- Signed letter of consent from parent/legal guardian of a minor (Only needed if anyone other than a parent/legal guardian brings a minor in for immunizations.) The letter needs to include the parent's name, child's name, and the date. The person bringing in the child must provide a photo I.D.
