FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Cumberland County Department of Social Services is currently seeking applicants to fill social work positions in the Children’s Services Division. Priority positions at Cumberland County DSS are Social Worker III in the Foster Care, Foster Care Teen, and Adoptions units and Social Worker IAT in the Investigative Assessments, Family Assessments and Treatment/In-Home Units within the Children’s Services Division.
These positions require a degree in Social Work (bachelor’s and/or master’s degrees) or Human Services-related degree (bachelor’s and/or master’s degree) including Sociology, Psychology, Counseling and Criminal Justice.
