FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Cumberland County Government offices and the court system will be closed Friday, March 29, in observance of Good Friday. This closing includes all Solid Waste landfills and container sites, all library locations and Animal Services.
Libraries
- All Cumberland County Public Library branches will close at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 28 and remain closed March 29 – 31 through Easter weekend.
Animal Services
- Animal Services will be closed March 29 – 31.
- No adoption hours Saturday, March 30.
- To report an after-hours animal emergency, call Emergency Services at 910-323-1141 or 911.
Solid Waste
- The Ann Street Landfill and all Solid Waste container sites will be closed Friday, March 29.
