FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – The Cumberland County Public Library announces Friends of the Cumberland County Public Library, Inc., Books Sales for the month of May 2024.
A Friends of the Library members only sale will be held Monday, May 13, from 12 – 5 p.m. Members of the public may join the Friends of the Cumberland County Public Library at the sale or before the sale at any library branch or online.
Book sales for the public are Friday, May 17, from 12 – 5 p.m.; Saturday, May 18 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Sunday, May 19, from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
The book sale will take place at the Cumberland County Headquarters Library located at 300 Maiden Lane in Fayetteville. Follow the signs to the new entrance at the lower level. If parking on the side of the library (Maiden Lane), enter through the door immediately on your left at the bottom of the stairs leading to Cross Creek.
Free parking is available in the Headquarters Library side lot accessible via Maiden Lane and the staff parking lot in the rear of the library, accessible via Ray Avenue. Please note the parking lot directly across from the library as well as street parking is not free. Parking in these areas without paying may result in a parking ticket.
